Ruby+Associates Adds Four To Its Team

Ruby+Associates Inc., the Bingham Farms based structural engineering firm, has announced the hiring of four professionals — Myles Badour, Hollie Wall, and Ryan Swiatkowski have joined Ruby’s structural engineering staff, and Michelle McCulloch has joined as marketing manager.

Badour is an experienced structural engineer with over eight years in the industry. He served as senior structural engineer with a Chicago, Illinois, firm following his graduation from Bradley University in 2008. There he earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Structural Engineers Association of Michigan, and the American Concrete Institute.

Wall was an engineer­ in­-training for two years with a Detroit­ area firm, with two internships prior to that. She earned her bachelor of science in civil engineering in 2014 and, in 2016, earned a master of science in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering, both from Lawrence Technological University. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, and the Structural Engineers Association of Michigan.

Swiatkowski will serve the firm as a project assistant. He attended Grand Valley State University and majored in engineering from 2010 to 2011, and then went on to receive an associate degree in science from Macomb Community College in 2016. Swiatkowski worked as a survey technician for an area civil engineering firm prior to joining the Ruby team. He is proficient in CAD and 3D design programs.

McCulloch joins Ruby after working in the A/E industry for 15 years. Prior to Ruby, she was with TMP Architecture Inc., Bloomfield Hills. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Michigan in 1995. McCulloch is a current member of the Michigan Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
