Tricia Ruby Receives Vistage Michigan's Soaring Eagle Award

Tricia Ruby, president and CEO of Ruby + Associates, Inc., received Vistage Michigan’s top honor — the 2016 Soaring Eagle Award.

Ruby + Associates is a Bingham Farms ­based, structural engineering firm serving the construction industry. It was founded by Tricia Ruby’s father, David Ruby in 1984. Tricia started at the firm 16 years ago and progressed to CEO and president in 2011.

Ruby is on the board of directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Michigan and is the national chairwoman of the ACEC Small Firms Council. She is an advisor for Lawrence Technological University’s Entrepreneurial Engineering Design Studio.

Ruby also serves as a board trustee and vice chairwoman of the strategic planning committee for the Judson Center, a local nonprofit human services agency.

A Beverly Hills resident, Ruby has a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a master of science degree in manufacturing management from Kettering University.
