Ruby+Associates has once again – for the 6th year in a row - been reviewed and officially certified by independent analysts as a Great Place to Work®.  The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Ruby. This year, 100% of employees said it’s a great place to work – compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S. company. The certification is based partly on the results of 43 anonymous employee surveys about levels of respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie at work.

Certification is a significant achievement and uses validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s® rigorous, data-driven methodology. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

100 percent of Ruby+Associates employees said, ‘taking everything into account, [they] would say [Ruby] is a great place to work.” Other high ranking Ruby attributes: 100% of employees ranked as ‘often true’ or ‘almost always true’ 22 positive statements, including: “We have special and unique benefits here,” “I’m proud to tell others I work here,” “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community,” and “When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.”
