Ruby+Associates Certified as Great Place to Work®

Ruby+Associates has once again – for the 6th year in a row - been reviewed and officially certified by independent analysts as a Great Place to Work®.  The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Ruby. This year, 100% of employees said it’s a great place to work – compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S. company. The certification is based partly on the results of 43 anonymous employee surveys about levels of respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie at work.

100 percent of Ruby+Associates employees said, ‘taking everything into account, [they] would say [Ruby] is a great place to work.” Other high ranking Ruby attributes: 100% of employees ranked as ‘often true’ or ‘almost always true’ 22 positive statements, including: “We have special and unique benefits here,” “I’m proud to tell others I work here,” “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community,” and “When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.”
