Tricia Ruby Honored as Crain's Detroit 2022 Notable Woman in Construction, Design & Architecture

Ruby+Associates, a structural engineering firm dedicated to serving the construction industry, is proud to announce that Tricia Ruby was selected by Crain's Detroit to be included in its 2022 Notable Women in Construction, Design and Architecture feature. Final selection of the honorees was completed by a team of Crain’s Detroit Business editors based on nominees’ career accomplishments; track record of success in the construction, design, and architecture fields; and effectiveness of their efforts. Tricia is featured in the magazine’s June 6, 2022 issue in a special section, along with 55 other honorees.

Tricia’s nomination included details about her career highlights such as Ruby+Associates’ 140% increase in staff and 300% revenue growth since she took the reigns as CEO. Tricia was also selected because of her focus on DEI within the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry, as well as Ruby’s biggest project win under her leadership. The nomination included Tricia’s community service activities and roles, as well as her leadership of industry groups focused on women in the AEC industry.
