Ruby+ Associates, a Degenkolb Company, Announces Six Promotions

We are excited to announce six promotions within the firm. 

The following employees have been promoted:

Katrin Bosch, PE, has been promoted from Associate to Associate Principal. Bosch joined the firm in June 2013.

Marinna Harris, PE, has been promoted from Associate to Associate Principal. Harris joined the firm in July 2013.

Ron Razalan has been promoted from Regional IT Manager to IT Manager. Razalan joined the firm in February 2016.

Jon Yaldo, PE, has been promoted from Design Engineer to Senior Engineer. Yaldo joined the firm in May 2021.  

Tim Francisco, PhD, PE, has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. Francisco joined the firm in September 2014.

Matteo Carlesimo has been promoted from Designer 1 to Designer 2. Carlesimo joined the firm in January 2024.
