Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, Announces Eric Hughes, PE, P.Eng, Selected for AGC Future Construction Leaders of Michigan Program

Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, is proud to announce that Eric Hughes, PE, P.Eng, has been selected to participate in the Associated General Contractors of Michigan’s 2026–2027 Future Construction Leaders of Michigan program.

This respected, year-long leadership initiative brings together a select group of emerging professionals from across Michigan, representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service firms. The program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through a combination of leadership training, industry education, and professional networking.

As part of the cohort, Eric will join 24 rising professionals in approximately 48–60 hours of programming tailored to complement their full-time roles while strengthening their leadership skills and industry knowledge. Eric’s selection reflects the strong talent at Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, and the firm’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people and supporting the future of the construction industry.
