Ruby+Associates Certified as Great Place to Work® for 8th Year

For the 8th year in a row, Ruby + Associates has been reviewed and officially certified by independent analysts as a Great Place to Work®.  The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Ruby. This year, 94% of employees said it’s a great place to work – compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S. company*. The certification is based partly on the results of 47 anonymous employee surveys about levels of respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie at work.

Beyond 94 percent of Ruby+Associates employees saying, ‘taking everything into account, [they] would say [Ruby] is a great place to work,” other high ranking Ruby attributes: 100% of employees ranked as ‘often true’ or ‘almost always true’ that “[They] believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.” 98% agreed that “when [they] join the company [they] are made to feel welcome,” and “[They] feel good about the ways that we contribute to the community.”
