Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, Celebrates Two Professional Certifications

Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, is proud to announce that Michelle Chapman, SHRM, has earned the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Michelle McCulloch, CPSM, has earned the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).

Chapman, a Recruitment Specialist with Ruby, earned the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential in December 2025. The credential recognizes HR professionals who have demonstrated specialized knowledge in talent acquisition, including recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, and workforce planning.

McCulloch, a Marketing Manager with Ruby, earned the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification in April 2026. The certification recognizes marketing and business development professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry who have demonstrated expertise through experience, education, and examination.
